The Gift Aid scheme will benefit the parish by over £10,000 this year at no extra cost to anyone but the inland revenue! All you need to do is complete a simple form and the parish claims back the tax on any amount you give to the parish during the tax year concerned. FOOD BANK – we are still collecting for the food bank for refugees and asylum seekers. They are not allowed to work or claim benefits and so are entirely reliant on help from others. With the recent unrest we can see how they can be targeted and vilified. The basket for contributions is in the Lady Chapel.
